Pricing

Prices depends on the appearance and the court location. Parking is not included in the prices below.  Also, please note that these prices are only valid when provided being retained by other attorneys.  If you are a non-attorney, call us to discuss the possibility of limited scope representation.

 

Routine Appearances:

• Only $120.00* for most courthosues.  Call us for details.

Simple court appearance is limited to thrity minutes and requires no legal oral argument. Typical appearances included but not limited to , case management conferences, order to show cause hearings, submitting to tentatives on law and motion, etc. Routine appearacnes requires no legal argument and it is limited to thirty minutes (including wait time).  Time begins with the scheduled time and ending when the hearing is over.  Hearing lasting longer than thirty minutes will be billed at only $25.00* for each fifteen minute increment.

 

If you have more than one hearing at the time, then there is a special rate for multiple hearings in the same department. Each additional routine appearance will be only $35.00*.  

 

There is a reservation to deterrmine whether or not an appearance qualifies as a routine appearance due to the requirment of argument or extensive questioning by the Judges after the appearance. . Those submitting an appearance request form agree to be responsible for the charge applicable to the hearing as determined by us.

 

Appearances Requiring Arguments:

Only $135.00* for most appearances in Los Angeles County that require arguments.  Attorneys will supply all pertinent points they wish to have presented at the hearing (along with all paperwork filed). The fee for this type of appearance is limited to forty-five minutes (including wait time).  Time is calculated beginning with the scheduled time and ending when the hearing is over.  Beyond the initial forty-five minutes, we will bill only $35.00* for each fifteen minute increment.  Call us for details.

 

Depositions:

Rate depends on whether taking a deposition or defending a deponent.

 

Defending Deponents

Only $65.00* per hour (one hour minimum charge) including travel time. All breaks, including lunch breaks, will be billed if the deposition continues after the break.  

 

Taking Depositions (as the lead attorney)

Only $75.00* per hour (one hour minimum charge) including travel time at 

only $65.00* per hour. All breaks, including lunch breaks, will be billed if the deposition continues after the break. Attorneys shall supply a summary of case, arguments of both sides, as well as information regarding the identity of the person to be deposed. Attorneys shall also supply key questions and facts they wish to have explored during the deposition.

 

Contract Work and Paralegal Services:

Only $65.00* per hour including legal research, document drafting, and document review.
